You can request deletion of your FloraLebanon Collect account by emailing us from the email address linked to your account.

Submit the form below using the email address linked to your FloraLebanon Collect account. We may reply to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

Use the same email address you use in FloraLebanon Collect.
This helps us understand the request, but it is not required.

When your request is processed, we will delete or deactivate account-related personal information where possible, including:

Data We May Keep

Some information may be retained when needed for research integrity, security, audit history, legal compliance, or database consistency. This may include reviewed plant submissions, observation records, and administrative logs. Where practical, retained records will no longer be used as an active user account.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the account.
